John Marazzi Nissan is interviewing and selecting 100 highly motivated Independent Marketing Agents (or IMAs) today to both boost the local economy and drive new business for the dealership. These are 100 part-time, 1099 contract positions that will help bring income and prosperity into the area and increase our sales volume.

Income Opportunity:

In our Southwest Florida market, 8,000 new and used vehicles are purchased every month. Through our IMA program, John Marazzi Nissan is looking to obtain 5 percent of these sales, which equals 400 vehicles per month. When we distribute $250 referral checks for 400 vehicles sold, that equals $100,000 every month that we can pay to our IMAs!

Qualifications:

· You must be at least 18 years of age

· Present a photo ID (such as driver's license)

· Present a Social Security card

· Have email and Internet access

· Complete W-9 for 1099 contract work

Responsibilities:

Provide referrals online for your friends, relatives, co-workers, and others who may be interested in purchasing a new or pre-owned vehicle from John Marazzi Nissan.

Compensation:

Today: Just for being selected as a John Marazzi Nissan IMA^TM, you will leave today with a $100 cash sign-on bonus!

Future: $250 for each referral that purchases a new or pre-owned vehicle from John Marazzi Nissan. Your total compensation is solely dependent upon your initiative and success in finding people who may be in the market to buy a car. Your compensation will be reported on a 1099 form each January and you will be solely responsible for filing and paying all related income taxes. You are not an employee of John Marazzi Nissan and no traditional fringe benefits or career advancement are available for these IMA contractor positions.

Hours:

IMA hours are part-time and completely flexible, depending on your available time. Work from home on creating referrals in your spare time and turn your spare time into extra income.

Work from Home:

This job is strictly something you can do part-time. After today, you do not ever need to come to the dealership unless you choose to visit.

Q: Am I expected to sell cars?

A: No. All you do is identify people who are in the market for a new or pre-owned vehicle and submit the leads to us online on our web site. We do the rest! Once the deal is successfully completed, you will automatically receive your $250 referral check on the 15^th of the following month. It's that easy!

Q: Will I receive any training, tools, or resources?

A: Yes, we will provide you multiple sources of information to pass on to prospective buyers and help you be more successful, such as ideas for social networks, email videos, links for your contact list, and monthly IMA best practices and news.

Q: Is this multi-level marketing (MLM)?

A: No. Multi-level marketing programs ask you to recruit other people, frequently referred to as your "downline," to sell goods or services. You simply submit leads who may be interested in purchasing a vehicle.

Q: Is this a full-time job?

A: Absolutely not. You can put in as much time and effort as you find appropriate. Your goal is to simply identify a potential prospect and pass leads on to us. This opportunity should not interfere with your current job, responsibilities, or family time.

Q: Is there an opportunity for advancement or full time position?

A: No, because this is a contract position. You are not an employee of John Marazzi Nissan. However, you advance your earnings by increasing the number of qualified referrals who buy vehicles from John Marazzi Nissan.

Q: Are there quotas or requirements?

A: No. We would like to see at least one referral per month, but there is no quota.

Q: How much money can I earn?

A: Your compensation is unlimited. You are paid $250 for each referral who purchases a vehicle. One sale per month is $250. Ten sales per month is $2,500. Best of all - you don't have to sell cars, nor do you ever have to visit the store after you are fully registered and accepted. You create referrals by word-of-mouth or electronically. Your job is done after you submit the prospect's name and contact information.

Q: Do I get paid a salary or draw?

A: We calculate all referral fees each month and pay on the 15^th for all referrals who bought the previous month. There is no salary or draw.

Q: What if I have additional questions?

A: After your registration, there will be a 15-minute informational meeting, during which John Marazzi will provide an overview and take questions.

Q: When do I get the $100 sign-on bonus?

A: After the 15-minute informational meeting, if you qualify, are accepted for, and accept the IMA position, you simply enroll online. Following enrollment, take your completed forms to the cashier's desk and you'll get $100 in cash as a "thank you" for helping us help the community!
